One Times Square Guest Policy

This One Times Square Guest Policy (the “Guest Policy”) sets forth the guest policy of [Jamestown Premier One Times Square Opco, L.P.] and its affiliates (referred to collectively in this Guest Policy as “OTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs you and your guests (collectively, “you” and “your”) when you access, enter, attend, or are present at the One Times Square premises and/or participate in offerings at the One Times Square premises (the “One Times Square Experience”). This Guest Policy is subject to and incorporates by reference the One Times Square Website Terms of Service (the “OTS Terms of Service”). Please also review the OTS Terms of Service because they include important information about your use of and access to www.onetimessquare.com, and any other websites, online or mobile services, properties, or applications that link to the OTS Terms of Service, as well as the services and features offered through these websites, services, properties, and applications (referred to collectively in this Guest Policy as the “Site”) and your access, entrance, attendance, presence, or other participation in the One Time Square Experience. We are excited to welcome guests from around the world to the One Times Square Experience. To ensure that all guests can fully enjoy their experience, you are subject to, and we require that you adhere to as applicable, the following policies and guidelines:
Accessibility
The One Times Square premises is wheelchair accessible. The One Times Square Experience is accessible with the use of ramps and elevators.
Guests to the One Times Square Experience who require, or anticipate a need for, assistance should contact One Times Square customer care in advance of visiting the One Times Square Experience to ensure that accommodations for accessibility are available.
Entry
- Each guest is required to have a timed-entry ticket. We strongly suggest tickets are purchased in advance. A box office is not available on-site at One Times Square. Tickets must be purchased on your mobile devices.
- Tickets are valid for the date selected at the time of purchase.
- To ensure a faster and more secure experience for our customers and staff, we only accept cashless payments. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Guests should arrive 5 minutes before the reservation time on their ticket.
- A 10 minute grace period is available starting from the reservation time on your ticket; after that 10 minute period has concluded, you may be denied entry, however, unused tickets may be rebooked for the next available timeslot on the same day (subject to availability).
- Discounts are available to military and first-responders, please contact customer care for more information.
- No refunds or discounts are provided due to weather conditions, length of lines, or wait times.
- OTS reserves the right to close the One Times Square Experience or modify entry times in the event of an emergency.
- OTS reserves the right to close the One Times Square Experience early.
- OTS is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged property at the One Times Square Experience.
Group Tickets
Group reservations are available for groups of 10 or more. Special group rates may apply for advanced reservations. Please contact customer care for more information and availability.
Apparel
- All guests to the One Times Square Experience are required to wear attire that is appropriate for a public setting, which includes wearing a shirt and shoes at all times.
- Offensive, threatening or inflammatory language and messaging on apparel or items carried by guests is prohibited.
Food and Drink
- Outside food and beverages are prohibited at the One Times Square Experience. Bottled water is permitted if in a sealed container. Exceptions will be made for medical needs (e.g., baby formula or allergies).
- Food and drinks must be consumed only within designated areas of the One Times Square Experience.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at the One Times Square Experience.
Photography/Videos
- Photography is allowed for personal use only with hand-held devices that may be used to take photos. Certain photographic equipment such as flash lenses, selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, professional video or camera equipment, drones and other remote-controlled flying devices are prohibited for safety reasons.
- Videography, streaming, photos shoots, content creators, media collaborations and other partnerships or paid engagements must be pre-approved and coordinated with One Times Square in advance. For more information you can contact us at customer care.
By entering One Times Square and otherwise participating in the One Times Square Experience, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence at the One Times Square Experience constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all media incorporating your likeness, name, voice and/or image for any purpose whatsoever.
By accessing, entering, attending, being present at, and/or participating in offerings at, the One Time Square Experience, you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of media incorporating your likeness, name, voice and/or image. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by OTS or its affiliates at One Times Square.
Respectful Conduct
- All guests to One Times Square are expected to treat other visitors and staff with courtesy and respect.
- Unruly, aggressive, inappropriate, or overly loud behavior is prohibited and may lead to removal from the One Times Square Experience.
- Provoking or engaging in any disruptive, threatening, disorderly, or boisterous behavior is prohibited and may lead to removal from the One Times Square Experience.
Disruptive Activities
- Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited at One Times Square, both indoors and outdoors and may lead to removal from the One Times Square Experience.
- Accessing unauthorized locations, unauthorized performances, thrill seeking activities, media events, leafletting, posting signs and/or the playing of music/videos or spoken word messages are prohibited at One Times Square and may lead to removal from the One Times Square Experience.
- No protests or demonstrations of any kind are allowed anywhere in the interior public spaces of One Times Square.
Children; Animals
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit to the One Times Square Experience.
- Only certified service animals and service animals in training are permitted at One Times Square. For safety reasons, pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
Prohibited Items and Activities
The items listed below are prohibited from entering the One Times Square Experience through a security screening post unless granted an exception or exemption by the OTS Director of Security. The OTS Director of Security may grant access through a security screening post for a prohibited item that otherwise has a legitimate and legal basis for being carried or possessed in the building. By no means is this list meant to be exhaustive; instead, it provides a broad overview of the types of prohibited items that are restricted from entering the One Times Square Experience. All items deemed dangerous in the sole discretion of OTS are prohibited. In any circumstance where there is a question of whether an item will be allowed into the building, immediately contact the OTS Security Room and request that the OTS Director of Security responds to your location.
Prohibited Items Include:
Weapons and Dangerous Materials, including:
- Firearms (including pistols, rifles, shotguns, BB guns, pellet guns, ghost guns, stun guns, tasers and any realistic replicas of weapons), and any ammunition.
- Knives of any shape or size, box cutters or sharp-edged instruments, brass knuckles, batons, slappers, billy clubs, and handcuffs.
- Any explosive devices including fireworks, smoke bombs, poppers, shanks, glass bottles and containers of any shape and size, aerosol cans, mace/pepper spray, permanent magic markers, spray paint, any flammable liquids, hazardous chemicals, and gasses of any kind.
- Baseball bats, hockey sticks, golf clubs and any martial arts equipment.
Wheeled Devices, including:
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards roller skates, roller blades, shoes with wheels, strollers and infant carriages that cannot be folded or collapsed if needed, wagons, hoverboards, and Segway type ride on devices. Mobility aid devices will be permitted.
Bags, Luggage, and Containers, including:
- Bags (including back packs), packages or luggage over the following dimensions: No more than 25” high x no more than 17” wide x no more than 9” deep
- All bags or packages that a guest desires to bring into the One Times Square Experience are subject to inspection, and the decisions of OTS personnel regarding the permissibility of any bag or package are final.
Photography and Recording Equipment, including:
- Professional A/V equipment, selfie sticks, tripods or monopods longer than 12" fully extended, large commercial video, commercial photo equipment, recording devices, megaphones, and amplified speaker devices.
- Drones and other remote-controlled flying devices of any size.
Substances, including:
- Illegal drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Miscellaneous Items, including:
- Laser pointers, construction tools, or hammers.
- Offensive clothing, and costumes or masks intended to conceal identity.
- Inflatable objects.
- Noise-making devices.
- Large signs, banners, or flags.
- Thrill seeking apparatus, such as base jumping equipment, parachutes, wingsuits, free-fall devices, harnesses and safety systems.
- Any device that can cause a visual or audio distraction to the overall experience.
- Any other item that the OTS Security team feels can pose a threat to the guests and staff members at the One Times Square Experience are all prohibited.
Safety
One Times Square utilizes a multi layered approach to ensure that security and life safety standards are adhered to. This approach consists of both physical and digital safety components. One Times Square will strategically deploy security professionals throughout the property and utilize a technology based CCTV system, an AI based weapons detection system, and a comprehensive alarm and notification system for fire safety and access control purposes. By entering One Times Square, you agree that the Company may use the images and recordings for the purposes of maintaining safety and security at and within the vicinity of One Times Square in accordance with its Privacy Policy
Climbing on any structure within the One Times Square Experience is strictly prohibited.
Throwing objects over walls, barriers, or off any part of One Times Square is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited. These actions may result in criminal charges and prosecution.
The OTS team takes guest safety and security very seriously. Guests must follow OTS team member instructions in the case of an emergency.
Finally, the OTS team is here to create a memorable experience for each guest. Please be sure to let us know if you observe any inappropriate conduct so that we may immediately and appropriately address it.
